Dukkah (150ml)

This Middle Eastern flavoured nutty condiment has many uses for entertaining. Serve on a platter with oil and fresh sourdough, scatter over honey drizzled carrots and hummus, sprinkle over the skin of salmon before baking in the oven for a flavoursome crust.
